Marketing for Real Estate Financing, Rent-to-own option
- They wanted to acquire more leads who pre-qualified for their rent-to-own program. In just 45 days, Axle Eight was able to reduce their cost per acquisition by 75%.
- With the same budget, we were able to hugely increase the volume of pre-qualified leads by 1,470+ each month (a 4.5X increase) without them needing to change their monthly budget at all.
- We did this by creating enhanced lookalike audiences that more closely optimized off their ideal target persona who would prequalify. - Created a full-funnel strategy to identify less expensive longtail keyword phrases to target for on-page SEO and did separate keyword research to identify target keywords for Google Ad campaigns that could drive the highest return on ad spend.
